Below is a list of situations that many people consider to be triggers of quitting. When these triggers of quitting become overwhelming, people usually slip.

Now is the time to begin to getting an understanding of the situations that’ll be the most difficult for you to deal with when you quit smoking.

Feeling anxious or tense
Playing or watching sports
Wanting to sit back and enjoy yourself
Have finished a meal or snack
Wanting to feel more attractive
Wanting to relax
Feeling that tobacco use is part of your image
