Ruby this happens to me now too! It is a scary feeling like your out of control. I get like I feel like I have to faint.I still force myself to go out and try to relax myself by breathing and thinking of relaxing thoughts. I think you did great and I hope we all get well real soon. Best of luck!
Sincerely, Karen
Ruby,
What a great step! Congratulations :) Keep it up and do this step by step. You will overcome and be able to this completely one day.
This was a positive moment..smile

Thats great! when my panic was really bad a few years back, i used to wear a rubberband on my wrist and when i felt panic coming on, i would snap it on my wrists to distract my attention. it really worked!! how silly right?
Hi Everyone,
I went down to my local shopping center the other day because I had to buy my Mum some shirts. I didn't want to go in there because my boyfriend didn't want to get out of the car. And I don't normally go in any big shops without my boyfriend coming. But my son was with me so I asked my son to come with me instead. I felt a bit panicky as I was going in there,My fingers started tingling and my hands were feeling sweaty and I could feel this awful feeling just building up in my body and then I was having problems with my breathing and then the next minute I thought any minute now I'm going to lose it thats what it felt like, my son was gone he went off to the game section as soon as we got in there, and this made me feel worse because he wasn't near me so he could run to the car and get my boyfriend. So then I just stood there and the next minute I felt dizzy and it felt like I was going to faint. I started to do my breathing deep breath in through your nose and out slow through your mouth, I did this for a while and then I started to notice that the feelings I was having were starting to go away. I didn't run for once, because thats what I normally do if I'm out and I start to feel like this I head straight to the car and go home.
Ruby....... ;)I thought I'd share this with everybody...
