I am sorry you had a slip. Try not to be too hard on yourself though, slips happen. It is how you bounce back from them that matters. If anything it sounds like you have learned a lot from this slip. It has taught you how important this is to you. What do you want to gain from this experience?
Now would be a good time to review Milestone 4 "When will I be tempted?" this section will let you know when you might be tempted and when you should have your guard up.
I screwed up very bad the other day. My wife and I were on vacation celebrating our anniversary this past week, and Wednesday night I got totally drunk and smoked a cigarette. It was a terrible experience, and I feel like I have lost everything; that I totally wasted 8 1/2 months of my life. I am very depressed right now. More than anything, I am very mad at myself. I don't know how to deal with this. If anyone has any suggestions, I would love to hear them, because everything seems so hopeless right now.
