Quitting & the menstrual cycle

I haven't had periods in quite a while, so I can't really tell if hormone levels affected my ability to quit smoking. I just think I had a problem with general nuttiness.

My Mileage:

My Quit Date: 5/1/2009
Smoke-Free Days: 421
Cigarettes Not Smoked: 11,788
Amount Saved: $5,009.90
Life Gained:
Days: 47 Hrs: 7 Mins: 57 Seconds: 48

Members,

Recent research has found that setting your quit date within the first fourteen days of your cycle may significantly diminish the severity of your withdrawals symptoms as they will not be compounded by premenstrual syndrome.
