It's true Sticking to it.  Once a smoker quits they really recognize the changes in skin, energy level, improved senses and much more.

Always a reason no reason that we know  No smokers look heathly and how could they.  You may see yourself as looking normal however take a look at the skin tone, energy and such of those that quit smoking.
