Hi guitarplayerswife,

Thank you very much for checking in and sharing your lovely stats with us. 1610 days smoke-free is definitely something to be very proud of. Pat yourself on the back for all the hard work you have put into quitting smoking. I am glad that you have shared this site with others, hopefully they will be able to enjoy success like you have.

What coping mechanisms did you use to help you stay quit?

This is tough stuff. If you've made it through the day smoke-free, give yourself a big hug! We know that the nicodemon is always lurking, waiting for a moment of weakness in which to win. But now, YOU are the winner! Congratulations!

I share this website with everyone I can, and was here earlier tonight sharing it with a young woman with four days smober.

I was so shocked and happy that I had saved over $10k! I just had to share the news with my numbers-oriented, smoker DH. Quitting cigarettes is one of the most rewarding things a person can do.
