rewarding yourself is a great way to validate your quit!
 
Pick one reward, make a goal and when you reach it, this will be your reward!
 
(Keep the money you would have spend on cigarettes in a jar or bank and use this for rewards!)

    Rewards are important but they need not be expensive.  Do a search on rewards and you will see a multitude of cheap reward ideas.

kaiser...i rewarded myself too much for almost three weeks....bought new sneaks.....enrolled in distance education....and ordered a course through The great courses......not because im trying to b a goody goody....i missed out on a lot in school because of my neuro disease ...........this makes me feel that things are just out of reach and a way over my head.... but i feel ashamed for spending so much money that i don t have thanks to my cc.....money that isnt mine.. i have to relearn control yet again......:)P...
