keep ahold of the good days they are good ammo for the bad ones..also if you can your break your panic cycle that is almost half the battle..the other half is living..so than life is almost normal..to me the most important think of anxiety is the cycle how it swings hard,at times,sometimes life is good..just hold on to itr and break the cycle..im praying for u gina...i think u will get beter sooner u havent had as long as some of us thats a plus...keep itt up,and when it does come dont react just let it run over u like water..
