Hi Memie - I'm really sorry to hear about your mom but very glad you were with her. I really liked your comment about her being with your brothers on Mother's Day, that was so sweet. I'm praying that the Lord will give you peace, comfort and strength to grieve and remain smoke free at this time.

I'm sorry about that, memie. I know that the loss of a mother can be difficult to get through. Like I tell people, When my mother died, my life passed before my eyes. It does, however, get easier. Think of how proud she would be that you are keeping the quit. What a good way to honor her.

Today was a difficult Mother's Day for me, This morning my mother passed away and I was by her side. I'ts going to be hard for a while because I was her care giver for a few years, this will be a big void in my life and I will miss her so much. I feel good that she went today because I have three brothers in heaven waiting for her so she was with them on mothers day. Now for the next couple of days I need to be careful not to smoke.
