I agree with CrystalD, the best thing you can do for yourself is to be good to yourself. Try to really relax or meditate, take naps, eat healthy (but with plenty of comfort food as well) and give yourself a chance to get physically strong so you can cope with all of the rest. Don't feel ashamed - this happens to all of us and we're all good people. It stinks, but we can deal with it if we take care of ourselves.
