Help in the UK!!!

Hi I am in the UK to. I think it depends on what health service you are with, but mine sent me on an anxiety management course and wouldn't offer any medication at all. It might be worth asking your doctor if they do anything like this because it helps a lot.

Thank you Debbie....I will defintely try taking a little bit of the clonazepam....I ended up falling asleep soon after, but I feel so tired..is it the medications? My psychiatrist told me to take 0.5 mg of clonazepam in the morning and then another 0.5g in the evening time. Perhaps, I should take the second one closer to bedtime??? Thank you Debbie...

Dear Sotired, I also take Zoloft and Klonopin, 50mg in the morn and 0.5 at night. How much do you take and what times?? I also at times take a 1/2 during the day if my anxiety is high, the klonopin usually helps me sleep unless I have plans the next day or very keyed up, right now I have a terrible virus and unrinary tract infection so I have not been sleeping well. For those nights when I cannot sleep I will take my pill cutter and cut one of my klonopin's in 1/2 {0.25} and take it along with my 0.5, I wait an hour then take it. I hope you can sleep, I know Zoloft is activating and has a tendency to cause insomnia, Paxil helped me sleep so much better, but weight gain made my Doc take me off it, I am starting "pexeva paxil" soon while I wean off the Zoloft. I hope this helped God bless, Deb.
