i have always been afraid that im going crazy and that i will start hearting voices. your stressed and someone told me somthing once that has stuck with me through all the years of panic disorder PEOPLE WHO ARE TRULY CRAZY DONT KNOW IT AND PEOPLE WHO THINK THEY ARE CRAZY ARE JUST GOING THROUGH A HARD TIME,, think about it when you see some bum on the side of the road talking to himself, he doesnt think hes crazy, he believes what hes mumbling. you are not crazy, your stressed and panicky which means you are way too intuned with your sanity. does that make sence?

I am with you .... I get songs stuck in my head .. They seem to play on there own... When I first started out with anxiety this one particular song kept playing over and over for weeks on end, everytime I had a quiet moment it would start up. It was definetly me doing it because it even left out the lyrics I didn't know... so I was told I wasn't crazy either. I still at sometimes really believe I am crazy but they sware Im not... so What am I gona do. I have to believe them. But no you are not alone. My mind gets so busy with itself sometimes it is hard to keep up with the conversation going on in the room ...I am told this is all part of anxiety and depression.... Try to accept the symptoms is what they tell me and don't be frightened by them and they tend to lessen and lessen... It is very hard to do. but sometimes I manage

Don't worry - you're not going crazy! Your mind is naturally full of thoughts, it's just that sometimes we don't notice because it's going on all the time. I think the reason you noticed last night is because you had a moment of quietness so with all the distractions of life out of the way, all you have are your thoughts. Sometimes having nothing but my thoughts make me anxious also. Everyone I know has the lyrics to a song in their head practically all the time. I have quite often experienced hearing voices in my head from people I talked to throughout the day. Not like you're remembering what they said, but like their voices are echoing in your head. I usually notice this when I'm extra tired. Don't worry - you're not going crazy! What you experienced is very normal. And don't worry about spending too much time on here - that's what we're here for! :)

I don't feel like I've been off here lately!! I think I'm getting sp stressed cos I've got so much going on!! Last night I started having symptoms I haven't had for a couple of years. I went to bed and I couldn't cope with the silence. All I could here was peoples voices from what had happened during the day, just general chatter going on in my head. And I can't get song lyrics out my head and stuff, just anything to fill my head with noise. I also have a niggling feeling in the back of my head, the sort you get when you feel like you've forgotten to do something. I can't bear it, i'm frightened i'm going crazy and am going to hear voices or something!! Does anybody else have this? Please help, I'm driving myself insane and I've got so much to do!!
