Hi Brenda, that cafe mocha is a good reward, it is 25 days for me today and I'm going out in an hour so I think I'll stop at Tim Hortons coffee shop for a cafe mocha....have a nice day!!!

I hadn't given much attention to daily rewards until recently. I love Cafe Mocha's, although I only bought them when I was near a Cafe. Recently, I realized that I could afford a daily Mocha if I made it myself. So I have bought a big container of Folger's Decaf Classic Roast (instant coffee), a big container of Nesquik Powder, and 1% milk. My Mocha's taste as good as, if not better than, what I normally get from a cafe. Having one each day works wonderfully as a daily way to reward myself. It also helps to remind me on a daily basis of where (some of) the money is going that I usde to spend on cigarettes. I could never afford this treat each day if I was smoking. I that aroma~~
