I am blaming hormones on my up and down moods. It is amazing how much they affect you mentally.

Thank you Crystal and Lauren it is my hormones and I have felt very naucous and dizzy today, I think I have a touch of his virus, not the whole thing but enough also the burning cramping! I am so tired! I just hate being alone having a virus and bleeding heavy, my son needs me, my husband just took him to the peditrician, hopefull he will get an antibotic, I always feel crummy at this time I will try to get extra rest, the dizziness is concerning me and my heart is even "fluttering" like skipping beats which I do not normally have. Thanks for you words and prayers. Debbi.

(((Debbi))) Seems like there is always something to throw you back into feeling bad isnt there? I mean life could just give us a "little" break you know what I mean? Ok kiddo, your hormones are going wacko, you know this so your moods are going to reflect that. Keep that in mind when you start thinking, hormones. Next your little one has been sick a couple of days now. Taking care of him was worn you out too. So you might come down with his virus/cold but at least you already know what is causing you to feel sick. (no comfort there but just trying to point out you may catch it and that will compound you feeling icky) Your hubby working the extra hours adds stress, but you can manage that too. Relax and breathe. Know that you are ok and there is a reason why you are feelin strange right now. It will pass. Occupy your mind with good, positive thoughts, not worry. Sending prayers and hugs

I think alot of your anxiety comes from fearing your period. I think you need to see someone new, who you like better and try to understand your issues with your period. I think if you had a good doc, that could explain things, you'd feel better.

I had a couple of real good days which I was so grateful for. My little boy is very sick with a severe cold, my Husband has been working double shifts and getting no sleep and I am expecting my period and cramping very badly and I am scared after last month it will be so severe with blood loss. The anxiety and panicky feelings are coming back with a vengence! I am trying to hold my own but it is hard, trying to take care of my son and hubby, I feel like I am coming down with this bug my son has, I am scared I will have a bad period and the virus, my husband will not be here and I have to take care of my little boy, we have no family really, mine are in Ohio, and my husband's parents are in their eighties. Please send prayers and any encouragement would help, I feel like its "falling apart again" I am so scared again, and I dont want to be! Thanks, Debbie.
