MSG is often used in oriental cooking, there is a "illness" associated with it called "chinese resturant symdrome" Anyway alot of people have reactions to MSG and that is probably what you had last night.

That yucky acid is produced even when you have no food in your belly. I hate that. Try a glass of milk. I know it sounds weird but milk is alkaline and will help eliminate some acid. I know you hate to hear this, but my acidy belly did get better when I quit smoking. I don't reccomend quitting when you are suffering from anxiety. I quit in November 2003..... panic started December 2003.... no coincident!!!!

Okay, for breakfast I had a cup of coffee and a cig. I know..stop frowning. For lunch I had a fast food chinese fried rice and egg roll. Nothing else all day. It is 7:45pm and for the last half hour or so my chest is hurting! Also in the back and a burn type of pain but still hurts. Now, it does not help that I happen to read an entire article on heart disease today at the doctors office. And forget the 75 year old smoker with heart disease. This focused on the younger people who are least likely to have one. Good Lawd, that is all I needed to read!!!!!! Now, I know it is probably heart burn or upper GI acid reflux but you guys no just as well as I do where my twisted mind is going. I want to crawl in a corner and hide until it goes away or find an urgent care clinic and have them tell me "your okay" but I know that is a total waste of money. I just need some luv and support words and for you to tell me how you feel when you get heartburn or whatever. Sniff Sniff....
