another bad night

This insomnia thing drives me crazy. I used to be the best sleeper. And this always occurs the night before I have to work. And then ofcourse I get upset and frustrated. I really hope I sleep better tonight.

I really don't think that I am thinking about things before bed. I usually take a bath before bed. I did last night but them after I got out of the tub, I remembered i had to make a phone call. I used to keep waking throughout the night but now it is just falling asleep. Its always the nights before I have to work. I am pregnant right now so I am very tired all the time anyway. Now I can't sleep at night. I am having a rough day too. Just keep feeling weepy and angry really easily. Probably because of the lack of sleep.

lauren, what ya thinking about? it has to stay outside the bedroom? aren't you pregnant? try doing some relaxtion exercises before bed. remember to clear your mind? how about a cup of hot milk? it works sometimes for me.

Hey lauren: If your sleep distrubance continues , you may want to get your doctor to give you something .. the sooner you get your sleep rhythm reestablished the better you will start to feel

Yeah, I had another bad night. I am not sure why though. I just couldn't fall asleep. Everytime I got close, I would feel that anxiety/panic. I didn't get much sleep the night before either. Oh well, that means I should tonight. I am just so tired and worn out. I just want a good night of sleep. I am cutting back on my caffeine as well so I am really dragging.
