   Wow, I don't know what to say, thank you Ashley. I think writing it was a coping mechanism for me at times, but I also think it had another benefit that I didn't realize at the time, and that is when someone writes, they have to think about things a little harder, they have to soul search, and reflect inward. I think that had a huge impact on my quit early on, it helped me understand things more than I had in previous quits.
   But the most important thing of all is that if it helps someone get through a tough spot in there quit, then it has served its purpose.
