OMG I keep dreaming that I started back smoking

Those smoking dreams Caligirl, smoking dreams.  They seem to be some of the most realistic dreams I have ever had.
And I'm looking at your stats specifically 319 days.  You know Cali you got this thing beat so go about doing what you have been doing keeping yourself distracted.  It will all go away really it will.  You then Cali will be such a wonderfully satisfied with what you have accomplished and you'll fill good physically, mentally and have money burning a hole in you pocket book.
Keep on keeping on and sticking to it. You will respect yourself for it.  It's something wonderful that we all just got to do.

I had a dream like this too!

I actually ran out of my house screaming after I smoked in my dream. HAHA.  It really captures my fear of relapse.

I never want to go back again.

Hi Caligirl!
It is good to hear from you!
As for the smoking dreams, din't worry, they are just dreams. I have had my share of those in the previous months but it does feel great to wake up and to know that I didn'tsmoke!

Caligirl,

If you do a search through the forums you will find many members have had dreams similar to what you are describing. You are right, you are almost at one year.  You know that you will not go back to smoking; because you know how important this is to you!  There is no way that you will let the nicodemon win this fight!  You have come too far!  Maybe you are having those dreams to remind yourself of how awful it would be to start smoking again?  How do you feel when you wake up from those dreams?

OMG...I keep dreaming that I started smoking again.  I am coming up on my year anniversary.  Haven't had one slip.  I even used an eightball shack, asked if I would stay smokefree and it said NO.....I do not want to go back to smoking.  That is why I am posting here today.  You know that kids look from "Home Alone" Hands slapped on face cheeks.....that's me.  LOL.  I know I will be strong, but sometimes it's hard to not to give in, but when I get like that I reach out to all of you.....thank you.
