Grace, When you said "feel like getting over a case of the flu" that cinched it When I have severe anxiety and panic afterword I am so fried so spent I cry and feel an exhaustion exactly like that. Crystal whom always seems to know told me that and its so true. It looks like we both had bad days, tomm will be a good day for us, I read your post on my other topic, thank you. That sounds cozy cuddling with your little one watching a movie she probably enjoyed the "mommy and me quality time" Your exhaustion I understand completly, I was so tired after last week I could barely lift a fork! I hope both you and I have better days ahead. Debbie.

Yesterday was not a good day. I never did have a full blown panic attack, but I had a very high anxiety level due to one awful case of acid reflux. My emotional level was a LEVEL RED all day long. I was uneasy and could not relax. Today, I was not on a high level however; I was totally emotionally and physically drained. I could not get motivated, slept most of the day and basically felt so BLAH i never moved from my pjs until 2:pm. It was like getting over a case of the flu. How do you feel after anxiety/panic attack? does it wipe you out like that?
