Hi Samantha,

There's a lot of us here who find the SSC to be a very special site and do appreciate all the Mods' advice and expertise. Since I quit this time I have taken a much greater interest in my physical fitness and nutrition. My friends tell me it shows. I think I might even be behaving better!
