the thing that bothers me the worst about my panic or at least one of the things is that i can be ina situation where i am in a really big frenzy and i mean a really bad attack where i am convinced that im gonna die,,, then the closeri get to my safe place the better i feel. that really makes me mad becuase i know that means its just panic so why cant i stop it? why does it continue to be so troublesom? i cant function like this

glad to hear it all went away, one thing im learning, is that it DOES go away! of course its never a pleasent experience but whenever in having a panic attack(usually about 4 per day) i just remind myself its just my bodies way of telling me to take it easy!works for me! good luck from the UK!

Good for you! You got through the attack. Just remind yourself of that time every time you feel panicked.

I had a big meeting to host at work today. I noticed during the meeting I was having chest pain. I kinda ignored them but noticed they were getting sharp and stabbing. AFter the meeting was over, I attempted to work some and then just felt yuck and of course...the arm tingle demon set in. I got my keys and decided to go to the ER. The whole way there I am thinking, what if I have a heart attack there? or in the car? or what is nothing is wrong and I am a fool with a big bill?? I did all the obsessive thoughts in the car. I pulled into the ER and of course, it is PACKED out. Not a parking space around at 2:pm!!!! So I just sat there in my car....breathing. Thinking and decided to just take a drive to calm down. I went to a store not far from the ER and walked around. Sure enough about 20 min. later I started feeling better. I also took some anti-acid and it seemed to tone down the burn. Man, I just wanted to scream IS IT HEARTBURN OR AM I DYING???!!!!! AAAAAHHHHHCCCKKKKKKK! :8o:
