I'm going to start off walking, but I eventually want to be able to run with my 13 yr old son.  He runs cross country, so I'd like to be able to train with him.....

That sounds like a great idea!  Any ideas on what type of exercise?  Put a plan in place, you are more likely to stick to it if you have a specific plan of action!

Great attitude kristilu!

You will feel better; much better.  What will be the first thing you do when you recognize that you are feeling better?

Hey Kaiser,

I finished up the last 2 cigarettes of my absolute last pack this morning around 830 this morning.  I have had the patch on ever since.  So far so good....  I woke up feeling exhausted and miserable, which is one of the reasons I am so anxious to quit.  I just want to feel good again.  I know that it will take time before I actually do feel better, but I know I will eventually, so it is worth it.

Thanks for checking on me!
Kristilu

Thanks buddies!  It feels so good to know yall are here for me!  I am more and more ready every day.  I'm going to the grocery store tomorrow to get my craving basket together.  And I'm gonna spend the weekend preparing the house.  I'm also going to try and think of all my triggers and write down a plan to deal with each one!

Keep sending those good vibes!!
