Just remember that smoking won't fix anything with the boyfriend! Rant, rave, scream into a pillow, throw cheap plates on the ground, do whatever it takes to reduce the stress, but please remember that smoking is not the route to take! You're over 1 year smoke free, you can do this!!! Post as often as you need!

You've come so far the last thing you want to do is to go back to that old habit because of the boyfriend. Like you said he has done this before, just don't attach to much to what he says right now. Focus on how far you have come and it will go away. In fact we had a mini party for you for your one year and you never showed up. Go back on the 27th or so and see how proud we all are of your achievements. Don't you dare give up all your hard work. Hell and Heck weeks are no fun :(.
Take the GGrrr and tell yourself how GGrrreat you are because you are. Things will get better I promise.

I am sorry about the fight you had. Conflicts during a quit can be even more frustrating. But don't you let your craving win. You know you are stronger than that. Get mad at that cigarette. Go for a walk, yell, scream just don't smoke. Do some deep abdominal breathing. Tell me what it feels like to feel so proud for staying quit. Tell me how you will feel if you get through this day without smoking.
You will be fine, concentrate on something else that may help you feel better instead of the darn smokes! Its easy to want to go back, I know it happens to me sometimes, but we just need to retain the dang brain to want something else to save us...try it, it will work.
Hang in there,
Kelly

I've such a serious craving for a cigarette right now. I had a row with the boyfriend which I've had before so it shouldn't be a trigger. My confidence and self esteem feels really shattered and I can't get the thought of a cig out of my mind. It the first tough persistent craving I've had in a good few months so I'm a bit fragile at the moment. I'm in work and I've loads to do but I just can't focus. GGrrrrrrr
