I rarely post, I tend to be more of a lurker but I wanted to pop in and say thanks to the stop smoking center Im still smoke free!!! I dont have the urge very often... maybe once every few months but I remember things that I read here and charge through it. So to all the new quitters out there... read read read and stick to your quit!! It does get easier and its soooooo worth it!!
