I am new and this is so great that I actually found people with this symptom. My legs feel like jello at times. My balance is so bad I have to walk with my feet apart. I had blood tests to see if it was chemical and everything is fine.the dizziness is bad .My doctor said I had lost muscle mass in my legs because with my agoraphobia I only feel safe in my bedroom so I sit or lay on the bed alot. When I feel really unsafe I lay in a fetal position until I calm down.Has anyones doctor given a reason for these symptoms?

canadian-I just posted to you in another forum about the dizziness. I got an MRI Friday which was normal but I can't shake the feeling. I feel as if swaying side to side(mainly left?) while walking and am completely preoccupied with it. Thanks for posting.

everyday! too tense, therefore not breathing right and not enough oxygen getting to the head. therapist told me that.take deep breaths, and try to sit and relax a bit.
