Tammy, You are doing well . I'm pleased to hear you are looking forward to the day you get free, I was the same!!! You are getting your head in the right place to be successful and thats the key. Remember you are giving up...NOTHING!!!
Its so good not having to carry around all that paraphernalia associated with smoking, not scrambling for $$$ to buy the poison, standing out side on miserable days, choking myself while my family looks at an otherwise intelligent man doing the most stupid thing!! I sooo love not smoking and Tammy so will you!! You will succeed.

Hi all,
Just wanted to brag a little. I have been able to delay smoking first thing in the morning and I have also cut down from 37-40 cig per day to under 30. Yesterday I only smoked 26. I am looking forward to my quit day (Sept 7) but also dreading the first week. I want to be rid of this addiction and killer more than anything..I just hope I can remember that when I'm going through withdrawals.
Hugs,
Tammy
