Hey Mo! I'm so glad you had a great day yesterday - they are so rare sometimes! Don't worry about the pain you had this morning. My doctor told me once that if it was anything serious, it wouldn't just come and then go away, it would stay with you and get worse. Try to tell yourself that because you had it this morning and it went away, that it's ok. If it comes back, remind yourself that it will go away again. Your body has an amazing ability to heal itself and I think as panickers and hypochondriacs (I am too), we all forget that and let our feelings take over. I read once that when you feel like you're ready to explode and you're in the middle of a panic attack, you should remind yourself that you are healthy and that feelings do not change that fact. I know that's so hard to do! But, feelings deceive and facts are just facts. I don't know if that helps, but hang in there and try not to think about it! The more you think about something, the more you will notice it.

Yesterday I had a great day. I was out and about and got alot done. Today I woke up with a sharp pain in my head. like a needle was jabbing me. it has gone, but i will be thinking all day why i had it, and my antennas will be out all day waiting for the pain again, therefore ruining my day. thanks for listening
