Sfree.................

Almost 2 weeks in to your new life.  Congrats !!!!!!!!  and keep on doing what you're doing.  It is so good to see you quitting at a young age.  Being home a lot and being a young Mom certainly has its challenges and stresses.  Am proud of you for learning how to do it without smokin'.

Way to go Sfree !!

Hi Sfree!!!

It certainly is survival!!!  We are all in a battle for survival against the nico-demon!  It is all-out war and we have to keep telling ourselves that we cannot lose 1 battle...  we have to be the survivors!!!  If you can just keep taking it one battle at a time and vow never to lose a single battle, we WIN!!!  It sounds simple and it can be if you let it!

So...  drink that water, chew those tooth picks and keep breathing deep!!!  Your daughter is going to be sooo proud of you one of these days!!!  It might be really cool to keep a journal of your thoughts in this war against the nico-demon to show your daughter someday!

         NOPE!!!!
