I am a little nervous right now. I am going to the hospital to visit my husbands grandfather. I am worried I will panic in the hospital. I always feel awkward at hospitals and afraid. I haven't panicked in over a week but doing things out of the ordinary worries me. I wish I could just worry less. I have no real reason to believe I will panic but I can't stop wondering.
