Day Madness, Night Calm?

20 years ago 0 377 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
Maybe you feel much more pressure on yourself during the day? I know as a mother and wife and woman in general there is a lot expected from us all day long and we can not truly rest until evening comes and all is settled. Some of us function well with pressure and we freak when things are calm. I think many others like yourself are the opposite. You do well at night when there is no pressure or expectations but during the day when you are expected to funtion like everyone else it is just too much for you.

I guess I would like someone to tell me why in the dead of the night am I better, when the sun goes down its better and around midnight I have No panic or depression, I can eat and function. During the day {like now} I am shaky and panicky. I am a little better today than other days, I did not take the Zoloft yet today and I notice I not as bad, still shaky, I am grateful for the reprieve from the panic at night, but unfortunatly the world runs during the day, I guess I should be happy at least I have some relief from it, I would rather feel good during the day too! Does anyone else feel like this?? Right now I feel like I am on the verge of a shaky panic, my lower tummy is burning, Everyday I wait till night to feel better, this is not good just to go out at night like some kind of vampire. Right now I cannot wait till night so I can feel somewhat normal, I am never panic-free but the symptoms do decrease at night, if I could just find a way to have that feeling during the day! When my son needs me. Any opinions or advice would be appreciated. Thank you so much, Debbie.
