Hi Carrie,

Do let us know how you are doing and if you were able to move past some of the blues you were experiencing recently?

Ensure that you are eating and hydrating well...............rest is also important. Make time for activities that bring you joy and do reward yourself for staying smoke-free so far!

Keep us posted!

Hi LTRide..........What problems are you having?  I know the voices in my head were bad around 65 days.......I started blogging and posting a lot about it.......
Sparky just started talking about it at 32 days.....it does hit everyone differently.

The addict doesn't like losing at all!!!  It will do anything it can not to lose.....that's why it's soooo important for us to keep saying N.O.P.E and getting it out.....talking about it.....knowing we aren't alone in the fight...
Keeping it inside and trying to appear strong is a surefire way to lose your Quit!!!!!

Rant, Yell, whatever you need here.....We understand.......Many of us did it.......we can help.

huggggg

Try to change your way of thinking.....instead of saying how much we liked smoking maybe we can say we did not like smoking, did not like how it made us feel, smell, how it controlled us :).  I am an expert at quitting...I have succeeded many times....now I need to succeed in staying quit!  I know that in my past quits I fought it and felt sorry for myself and how much I missed it, liked it etc.  This time I did not....I quit with fairly no problems at all.  My problems are creeping up now!  Two months later!

Hey Carrie!!!

Those "something missing" feelings are going to be hitting you off and on for a while!  What does that mean???  REWARD TIME!!!  A new "friend" is needed to replace that old (non) friend!  Rewards will get the endorphins going again and it will really help!!!

You're doing great so far!!!  Treat yourself!!!
