Hey CT!!!!

It really sounds like you are doing well so far!!!  This IS probably one of the hardest things that you will ever do in your life!!  Keeping a Positve Mental Attitude at all times will really help you along the way!  Just keep telling yourself that you are ARE a non-smoker and before long, that is exactly what you will be!!

In case you have not figured out the IM yet, this is what you need to do!!!  If there is someone that you would like to IM, you have to click the "Add to Buddy List" button on their post.  You can add anyone to your buddy list!  Then, on main FORUM page, there is an IM LAUNCH button above that thread topics.  You click on that button and it will show your buddy list.  At the top of the list it shows you who has also launched the IM feature and is available to chat with.  Sometimes it is diffacult to be on line when someone on your buddy list is also on line.  I have found that most people do not launch the IM when they log into the Forum.  I log in to the IM during the week when I am not too busy if you would like to try it out!  That goes for  anyone else who may be interested in trying the IM feature out.  It really is a great feature that I don't believe many people use here.  (Mods, it would be great if the buddy list didn't pop up every time a message is sent and received!!  HINT, HINT!!)

Keep up the great quit, CT!!!

Hello Breanne and thanks
I feel great...happy...calm
I was so unhappy and feeling constantly defeated when I was smoking.
All the bad feelings have gone. I had no idea that the fact of smoking was doing me so much harm mentally and physically.

It is incredible how my breathing has improved and my sleep at night has become peaceful.

I am getting to the conclusion that smoking kept me in a constant depression status... So glad I am getting rid of it... I better say...
I GOT RID OF IT !

Check my stop smoking video. It is a 1951 Goofy No Smoking Cartoon.
Politically incorrect in some ways but still has a good message of how bad cigs are.
Just don't give attention to the end...LOL... he fails!!!!!!!!! Bad ending!

Cold Turkey Life Seeker,

You seem like such a positive person! I am glad that you are working with your mom, and making an agreement that she has to go out to the garden to smoke!
Keep up the great work, with you optimistic attitude you will be able to accomplish whatever you set your mind to.
