Debbie, You must make yourself go to the Dr. You will feel so much better when you do. Don't care what other people may think. Think about yourself and your health. Do not go back to bed. God, give Debbie courage to take the step she needs to get medical help. Debbie, you can do it. You can make it.

I am trying very hard to get ready to go. I am shaking like a leaf and so dizzy I can barely walk, my husband says the Doctor will probably not even see me if I walk in like this. Please pray I find the courage to to do this, I just want to crawl to bed. debbie

Debbi, Before you go to your doctors apointment, try some relaxations exercises, take a warm bath, listen to your favorite song/music, or meditate, whatever you need to do to put yourself at a calming state. Good Luck, Melanie ____________________________ The Panic Center Support Team

Debbie, I just wanted to let you know that I am praying for you also! One thing I have learned is that the anticipation of something is always ten times worse than the event itself. Whatever you do, don't skip the appointment! You have to find out what's going on so you will know how to deal with it and to help put your fears to rest. We really are truly blessed that doctors know as much as they do these days and I am certain they will be able to help you! Do not be afraid of making a scene or throwing up at the doctor's office! They know that people don't come in unless they are worried out of their minds about what is going on with their bodies and they can help you through it. Let them know exactly how you are feeling and if you throw up on them, so be it. It won't be the first time a doctor has been thrown up on and it won't be the last. Just be completely honest with them so they know how to help. That's what they are there for. I hope and pray that everything is ok for you! Let us know how everything goes! Hang in there - you will be ok!

Thank you Ree, I pray God you are right, I have taken a few preg tests that came up negative, but I head there is always a margin of error, I took the last one 13 days after my missed period first morning urine, and it was negative, I hope that was enough time, I am so afraid if I am with all this cramping and pain, there is a problem or its advanced ovarain cancer or something, I have a young special-needs son and he needs me. I am 44 years old and I know all the risks of preg over age 42, downs syndrome, mental retardation, etc.... They say its 1 in 16 women of my age, and then I fear surgery and cancer {my Mother died in surgery 5 years ago} I am really panicking, and am hoping God and the blessed Mother will give me the courage to go and not make a fool of myself, Thanks again Ree, your words helped. Debbie.

Debbie, I am praying for you. The unknown creates more fear than anything. You must go see your dr. I am sure he has seen many, many patients with the same fears that you have. Statistics show over 97 % of what we worry about never comes to pass. God will give you the strength to make it. I know it.

I do not think my other post went through, I have a GYN appt today and I am shaking like a leaf, I am so afraid I will hear the words "ectopic pregnancy" or "cancer" I barely slept even after taking a Klonopin, half of me wants to end this nightmare and half of me does not want to know. THis stomach pain for the last 3 weeks along with the period that never came must signal something very wrong, I am so afraid I will faint or throw up and make a fool of myself in this Doctors office, I hope I can muster up all my courage and strength to go, Please help! Please say some prayers, I am frightned out of my mind. Debbie.
