you guys are awesome ! an addiction as powerful as smoking is so dang hard to overcome. but when you have some success at overcoming it , it can be a bit emotional. today is one of those days for me because your kind words have truly touched my heart.

many months ago i said that i was sort of glad that i used to smoke , so i could enjoy the thrill of quitting. as dumb as that sounds i feel that way again today.

let's just keep help each other and reeling new quitters in , they need us and we need them.
