Wow! that is good to know! I do have terrible IBS and I am going to try those since they are natural and over the counter. I do take them when I feel the onset of a cold but not on a regular basis. As for the bathroom....thank God I dont stress about it but I am sure I could given enough time to ponder the thought.

Hey no need to be embarassed, we all have had this problem. I found that if I take 2 capsules of Echinacea each day for whatever reason, it takes care of the IBS. It took about a week for it to start working but I swear by it now.

I've been there. My first year of college I suffered from this awful cycle of diarrhea and constipation. I had a huge fear of pooping anywhere but home. My doc said I had IBS and I now realize it is from stress. Now when I get panic attacks, I have to go #1 and #2 after. Every body responds to stress differently. And when you are nervous, I guess your colon just spasms. Do you eat enough fiber and all that?
