Grrr, so happy to hear that you are at day 3. I'm also happy that I'm not within arms reach of you! This is why they call it Hell Week. Instead of tearing somebody's head off, I would recommend deep breathing, walking, changing your scenery, rewarding yourself for a passing urge to smoke. Also, review your answers under "my program" to make sure you are 100% prepared for this and the reward program you put in place. What you are experiencing is your body adjusting to the lack of nicotine in your system. After 3 days the nicotine is out of your body, so you are in a good spot! Now its just the nicodemon trying to pull you back. But for how hard he tries to pull you back you can fight back just as strong! Do some searches here on the key word stress, anger, Hell Week, etc to find more ways to help you survive your first couple weeks as a non smoker. I remember reading every post on these topics when I first quit smoking, and they worked for me! Congratulations on making it do day 3!!! We're all rooting for your continued success! P.S. You can add your quit meter to your posts under "my profile". Then you can see your progression and we can all cheer for you!
