Hi Moses, I don't think we've met yet. Welcome to SSC, and huge congrats on getting through hell week. I also had sleeping issues, so I took the patch off in the early evening. It seemed to help. Hubby, on the other hand, had no adverse effects whatsoever! Slept like a baby through his whole quit! You're doing great - stick with us and keep posting and reading. Knowledge is power...
