Hi goofy Canada has about 45,000 deaths a year due to smoking as well. Considering that Canada is about 1/10 the population of the U.S.of A. it makes sense that smoking makes no sense at all. breather 42 Addict 0

I am dog sitting for a friend right now. she had to fly off to go see her brother who was put in hospice. He is dying from lung cancer, just as her mother did a few years ago. Both heavy smokers. We have done good for ourselves. Thanks for the reminder Goofy.

What will it take to realize the destructive effects of smoking?

Let's hope there will be more ads such as these in the new year helping more people out of the addiction and preventing many others from starting at all.
