..i get the numb arm,the whole deal its crazy thing of anxiety,that and heart palpations..about the pain its a symptom of anxiety,i hate when i get a let a catch in my breathe like my esphagus closed,or something for one second..like my heart stopped beating i dont know how to explain it but its freaky..

THIS IS EXACTLY THE SAME SYMPTOMS I HAVE. EXACTLY. I can never tell if it is chest wall, muscle or a reaction from my acid refulx. I also get that catch you describe and I have to really work on ignoring it.
