Tongues

20 years ago 0 26 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
Hi: I don't feel like I am actually going to swallow my tongue, but I do feel like it is "swollen". Mostly my throat feels tight like I can't swallow well. Don't worry, an anxiety book I was reading said you cannot actually swallow your tongue in a panic attack. Sorry I'm not much help. But, I know a bit of the feeling.

I know this sounds silly (like most of my symptoms!!) but does anyone ever feel like they are going to swallow their tongues? I don't have a lump in my throat or anything like that but i feel like my tongue is swollen (it isn't though!) and i'm not going to be able to swallow or breath (even though i can)! I am a bit stressed about uni and money and stuff so i wondered if it was just another symptom, anyone have anything similar!!
