Sorry, not medication but meditation-to relax.
With my anxiety, I don't usually throw up but I do often get nausous and end up on the toilet (I really don't like that word for some reason :) )I usually close my eyes and concentrate on my breathing and go over Bible verses I have memorized. That usually helps me feel better faster.
Also, if you are throwing up and it's an illness, Tums might not help. Is it getting any better?
