Thank you so much for your encouragement. I have been cutting down a lot. 2 more days and I will be smoke free. I have also decided to quit coffee and alcool for a while. It seems that every time I start smoking again is when I drink. I really enjoy this website and just gave it to a friend of mine who wants to stop. I am out of cigarettes today so I am trying not to go to the store since October the 10th (my quit date) is right around the corner maybe I will make it the 9th.

Thank you,
Petruchki

Hi Bonnie..........hope you are coping better as you approach the tail end of filling in. Glad to see that you that you are rewarding yourself in meaningful ways with all the money saved from not smoking!

Hi Petruchki..........hope you are preparing yourself well for the quit ahead. Please ensure you have reviewed the program and have some good strategies in place for triggers. Please post as often as you need to...........we are all here to support you in this journey. As for herbal treatments........there are a variety of formulas and chinese patents that can aid in dealing with triggers. Nutrition is also key..........ensure you are eating well and in regular intervals. Stay away from processed and junk foods, high sugar, caffeine or other stimulants. Drink lots of water. Also include a high quality multivitamin and Vitamins C and B's in your daily routine to assist with the detoxing and strengthening your immunity. Speak with a trained herbalist or naturopath in your area..........I know that acupuncture is an effective protocol when done regularly to aid with smoking cessation.

Good luck,
