Thanks Ruby, after finding this website I actually plucked up the courage to see a dr. he's prescribed Zoloft and Stesolid, I've read the side effects and they look quite scary, he said that the attacks will become worse for about three weeks, not looking forward to that...

Some TV shows I watch can cause me to have a panic attack, so I don't watch them, My advice is don't watch shows like the one you did. And also panic attacks can be bought on for no reason. Have you got a friend or somebody who could take you to the doctors.

Had a major panic attack last night, I waa watching a programme on tv about a women who had 7 personalities, it was really dark, then all of a sudden I had my panic attack, on my 1-10 scale, I would say this was an 8, I think the worse feeling I had was the fear of unreality, ended up on the phone to the hospital speaking to a nurse on one of the wards, she helped me get through it, the problem is I've never had a panic attack like this before, usually it's on a bus or in a car( only when someone else is driving) and on a plane, the list goes on, the nurse asked me if I was tired and I was actully very tired and said that I was more susceptible to having one as I was so tired, didnt know that!! I really need to go and see someone at the hospital, but that involves going in a car and I can't drive myself because I broke my leg 5 months ago, and that makes me worry even more, is anyboby else having these types of panic attacks? I try talking to people about them, but when it comes out I sound like a crazy women, I really need help, some advice from the same person would be really useful... Text
