I find that I have the exact same problem. I fixate on my bladder and feel that I may be leaking. At first I thought I was going crazy but it's really part of the anxiety. Once you begin to feel anxious your body wants to unload; you feel like you need to go to the toilet. This can make you fixate on your bladder and cause more anxiety (the Anxiety just seems to feed on itself).

I know I had that feeling under the arm pits when I started medication. the feeling of have to go I been doing that for some time now. But from a recent visit to my doctor I found out I had fiborid tumors in my uterus. I don't think that's what you have. It could be from drinking to much soda, coffee or tea. I also have to go a lot when I drink tea and some sodas.
Hi everyone,
I'm to going to get a little personal so I hope you all understand. I am 32 years old and have been going through this anxiety stuff since this past october. My symptoms change constantly. But for the last 3 days I have been having this problem with what I think is urine leakage???? Like in the morning when I first wake up I feel it run out a little bit. Its enough to really feel it and I dont have to go to the bathroom that bad at all. Then I was standing somewhere out in public and I felt it again I had to go pee but not bad. I dont understand what is happening to me. also under my left arm pit and arm it is always tingling I hate that feeling. does anyone else ever have these things. One more question, what is derealization and what are the symptoms I dont understand. Thanks everyone
Love,
Heather
