HI Tirene- I hope you find this thread and come and share your quit story with us- we can all help, and all will help, if you let us know what and how you're feeling- I can hand on heart guarantee some SSC member will know exactly what you're experiencing!
Day three is awesome, three days in and any ex smoker knows that some achievement- as Patrick says this is your Hell week and you're almost half way through so hang on in there because it really really does get easier.
Please come back and read the posts on here, they offer invaluable tips and advice and the members here are such a tower of strength.
So........good to meet you and look forward to hearing how its going!
