Great post.  I think the first thing I noticed was the difference in my breathing while walking up stairs.  There is a flight at work that would have me huffing and puffing each day.  In just a few weeks, I noticed a huge difference. 

Hang in there gang.  Quitting smoking is about the best thing you’re ever going to do for yourself.
