Wow, Marco,
That was a major victory over this addiction...congratulations! You have the right attitude..it has been too long..right? Enough is enough. We have smoked all the cigs that we are going to..onward to freedom. We will learn to handle stress better without the irritation of this addiction. Great job at keeping the quit. You will be glad that you did.

Marco,

I would just like to say thank you. This is a very powerful post and I have no doubt that it will help others and for that you should be very proud.

As for your personal circumstances, you show great resilience and determination in the face of what was/is extreme provocation and for that, I commend you.

You are absolutely right in your chosen words and you demonstrate actions that encourage me to believe that you will beat this addiction and that you have already smoked your last cigarette.

Many Congratulations on your success to date – just keep doing it, no matter what life throws at you!

Well Done,

Penitent d1514
