Hi Grace, your title caught me because I am 30 years old and my parents moved me 28 times before high school graduation. I myself have moved about 10 times after that if not more. I am a renter and that is a bad thing because I often move. And when I move? I SPAZZ OUT! Just seeing the cardboard boxes makes me feel like I am leaving my "safe place." But when I think about it? I have made every apartment I have had a "Safe Place." I simply detest people who say "new changes are exciting!" Those people should be shot. LOL. Anxiety suffered HATE change. But sometimes we must go through it. You will be in my prayers. Please be strong for your family & know that maybe this new home seven miles away is a newer BETTER safe place! Much Love, Jennifer

WE are moving. We bought a house about 7 miles from where we live now. Not far but it is a whole new area and also all new schools for my girls. I am feeling very overwhelmed by it all. The house, the move, the schools, the new everything. We are suppose to be moving in over the next two weekends and I am having major anxiety and panic thoughts on a daily basis! Whhhhaaaaaaa.
