the tools here on the site are also wonderful, it helped me along as well.
a good idea might also be to see your quit meter with every post you do.
come to the forum a lot, there is always someone around that might respond right away. and it is good to put your achievements on here, but also when you are craving a butt, so you can get rid of frustrations.
good luck and stay positive

Hiya, Anto... sounds like you have the motivation down pat. Preparation for the quit and then the constant focus on getting rid of the addiction is all you need to start.... Read the programme in here and keep coming back for encouragement and support ... staying quit is a learning process... watch Paula - she has a great grip on this final quit and I'd say it was a lot to do with sticking close to this site and trusting in the support it can give her... the addiction is a terrible thing but the rewards of quitting, of breaking the addiction are huge...
Stay close to the site - everyday if you can - and ask for help when you are having a hard time dealing with the craves... lots of members are on here at all times of the day and night...
Keep the focus!

Hey anto! I haven't had a fellow dub on here before! Welcome to the site, it really is helpful! It can be hell when we stop smoking so its encouraging to see other people have been through it before! Fair play to you for being able to stop for 6 months! Allan Carr only ever managed to get me off them for a few days! Take it minute by minute if you have too. And try figure out what made you start again, fright, stress? that way you can be prepared for what could be your triggers! Good Luck!
Paula
