First off, congratulations on making it 217 days without smoking!
That is quite an accomplishment and we hope you have generously
rewarded yourself for all of the hard work you've put in thus far.
Do you really want to start smoking again? Do you want to put in
all that hard work to quit again? You've made it through the worst
part; Hell and Heck week and you've got 217 days as a non-smoker under
your belt. The members have given you some great advice. Challenge
those craves and use your coping techniques to make it through the
crave. Stay strong.
Jacqui dont give in- its reading stats like yours that give us 'newbies' hope to go on- I would be so proud of me if I had your quit meter stats really I would- carry on being an example to all of us.

Yay! Jacqui! I wondered where you went out there in the Tall Distance....
The slip has made you see how crazy a) the addiction is and all it's junkie thinking and b) what triggers the slip (take up Whirling Dervishlike for a buzz!) and c) how much you regret dropping your guard for a few hours can be...
Do what you have to to distract yourself in these cravings now. You know how it works... Sorry for your situation but you can take heart that the vigilance against nicotine must be kept up all the time... Keep the focus and keep those stats!!
